Compliance Officer – London (Hybrid / Remote)
We're partnered with a fast-growing, global cross-border payments and Banking-as-a-Service platform – moving money across 70+ countries through virtual IBANs, FX, stablecoin settlement, and digital asset infrastructure. They're now progressing an FCA licence (with strong regulator feedback to date) and building their UK presence.
This is a hands-on, mature compliance seat working alongside the Group Head of Compliance – a genuine step up for someone ready to own day-to-day financial crime and operational compliance across multiple jurisdictions. An enabler, not a blocker.
Why you'll want this one:
- Genuinely flexible – fully remote to start, with the option to move to a London hybrid pattern.
- Ground-floor exposure as the UK function is built out following FCA approval.
- Direct work with the Group Head of Compliance and senior team – real visibility, real influence.
- A platform building at the frontier of payments, digital assets, and emerging markets – positioned as a bridge between emerging markets and global development.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
