Hero24 is hiring one UK Country Growth Lead to take hands-on commercial and operational responsibility for building and growing Hero24 in the United Kingdom.
This is a paid contract role for one selected candidate.
Hero24 is a marketplace connecting consumers and businesses with trusted local professionals for everyday home and property services, including moving, cleaning, repairs, installations, renovation, plumbing, electrical work, and property maintenance.
We are expanding our operations in the United Kingdom and are looking for an entrepreneurial, commercially driven market builder who can take ownership of developing the local business from an early stage.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build, recruit, onboard, and activate Hero24’s local network of service providers
- Develop B2B partnerships with property managers, landlords, real-estate companies, facilities businesses, and other relevant local partners
- Identify the best cities, service categories, and customer acquisition opportunities for the UK market
- Drive local market development and support customer growth
- Build repeatable processes for provider recruitment, onboarding, partnerships, and operations
- Track market activity, pipeline, conversion, and performance using CRM and data
- Gather local market feedback and turn it into practical improvements
- Work directly with Hero24’s founder and international team on the UK market launch and growth

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You may have experience in sales, business development, growth, operations, partnerships, recruitment, marketplaces, property services, home services, or entrepreneurship.
We are particularly interested in someone who:
- Is based in the United Kingdom
- Has strong commercial and communication skills
- Is comfortable contacting businesses and service providers directly
- Can build relationships and partnerships independently
- Takes ownership and executes rather than only planning
- Understands how to build a new market from an early stage
- Can work with clear targets, KPIs, CRM, and follow-up processes
- Is fluent in English
