Job Title: UK Courier Sales Supervisor
Your New Salary: £40-50k plus uncapped commission £60-80k OTE
Location: Tamworth but working nationwide – Company car or allowance
Status: Permanent
Start: ASAP
Working hours: 09.00-17.00 Monday to Friday

Growing global freight forwarder.
UK Courier Sales Supervisor - What You'll be Doing:
- Responsible for market development and client acquisition for the company’s courier services, achieving sales targets.
- Develop new client accounts, maintain existing client relationships, and continuously improve customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Deeply understand the UK courier market, with a key focus on expanding the Large Parcel Delivery business.
- Develop and execute regional sales plans, analyze market dynamics and competitor activities, and continuously expand market share.
- Managing a small team of 1-2 people.
- Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to provide professional and efficient logistics solutions.
- Conduct regular client visits to build long-term, stable relationships.
- Gather market feedback and client requirements to advise on company business development.

UK Courier Sales Supervisor - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Good command of English with excellent business communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid UK driving license; willing to travel across the UK for client visits.
- Strong client acquisition skills and sharp market awareness.
- Sales experience in the UK courier/express industry.
- Experience in the Large Parcel Delivery sector is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience working in companies such as DX, XDP, BJS Distribution, FedEx, DHL, UPS, DPD, Tuffnells, or similar UK courier companies is highly preferred.
- Familiar with the UK courier market and business models.
- Proven track record in business development and account management.
- Team management experience.
- Strong capability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets.
