Your New Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing business with a clear pathway to the UK Senior Leadership Team. Initially, you'll take ownership of the UK Customer Service and Order-to-Cash (OTC) function, leading a high-performing team and driving service excellence across both B2B and D2C channels.

Working closely with the current Head of Logistics & Customer Operations, you'll gain hands-on exposure to logistics, supply chain and distribution activities, preparing you to move into the Head of Logistics & Customer Operations role in 2027.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience leading Customer Service and OTC teams within a B2B and/or D2C environment
  • Strong SAP knowledge; Salesforce experience beneficial
  • Experience driving process improvements, digitalisation or automation initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management and people leadership skills
  • Commercially minded with the ability to balance operational delivery and strategic thinking
  • FMCG, food manufacturing or logistics experience would be advantageous
  • Degree qualification in a relevant discipline desirable

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the UK Customer Service team
  • Oversee the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process and key service KPIs
  • Drive continuous improvement, digitalisation and AI-enabled efficiencies
  • Support sales growth through excellent customer experience and commercial collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, IT and Supply Chain teams to improve operational performance
  • Participate in strategic logistics and supply chain projects
  • Work alongside the current Head of Logistics & Customer Operations as part of a structured succession plan
