Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, track market trends, and analyse competitors’ activities focusing on data‑centre BESS‑UPS, lithium‑ion VRLA‑replacement and mission‑critical energy storage solutions across the UK.
- Lead the full end‑to‑end sales cycle for data‑centre BESS projects, ranging from initial client engagement and opportunity mining, technical‑commercial proposal development, tender and bid support, negotiation through to contract closure, to ensure the delivery of assigned sales revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams such as Solution Representatives (SR) and Field Representatives (FR), to deliver tailored mission‑critical power solutions that meet data‑centre client requirements, support bid documentation preparation, and guarantee smooth project hand‑over and implementation.
- Drive timely collection of customer payments, manage accounts receivable, and maintain healthy cash flow for the local business.
- Work closely with global HQ and UK local technical teams, facilitate regular updates covering product roadmaps, technical training, tender feedback and front‑line customer & market insights.
- Build and manage qualified sales pipeline, conduct regular opportunity review, forecast sales status and submit periodic sales KPI reports to the management team.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences and customer workshops to strengthen brand awareness and expand business networks.
