Job Title: UK Demand Planning & Intercompany Manager

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded UK Demand Planning & Intercompany Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering an effective end-to-end supply chain planning process for our UK business units.

Working closely with Commercial teams, Regional Network Planners, and local Supply Planners, you will lead the demand planning process to ensure customer demand is accurately forecast and aligned with inventory levels, production plans, and resource capacity. You will also act as the central point of coordination for intercompany flows, supporting both local and regional business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Planning & Forecasting

  • Lead the UK demand planning process, ensuring robust and accurate demand forecasts.
  • Facilitate and drive regular forecast and demand review meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve forecast accuracy and planning processes to support customer service and cost efficiency.

Intercompany Management

  • Act as the focal point for managing UK intercompany flows.
  • Collaborate with regional and international counterparts to optimise supply, stock positioning, and service levels.

Performance & Reporting

  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve a suite of Supply Chain KPIs.
  • Use data and insights to guide decision-making and drive performance improvements across the wider supply chain.
  • Actively explore and utilise digital tools such as QlikView and Power BI to enhance reporting and analytics.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Support and deputise for the UK Supply Chain Manager when required.
  • Contribute to EU review meetings and wider regional forums.
  • Play an active role in defining medium and long term business plans.
  • Support & Audit local Customs Compliance Department.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of Kinaxis Demand Planning Software or similar.

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines.
