UK Digital Growth Manager

We are growing our UK team and looking for a UK Digital Growth Manager to own our hotel partners' digital presence and performance in one of the most mature hotel markets in the world.

This isn't a traditional digital marketing role. You'll be Profitroom's local face for digital in the UK - driving new business, upselling existing clients, managing accounts, and bridging the gap between our digital teams and UK hoteliers. You'll be the single accountable owner of digital results across your client portfolio, and a credible industry voice that UK hotels want to have in the room.

The UK hospitality market is highly sophisticated. Hoteliers run complex digital strategies but often lack the internal expertise to execute them confidently. That's where you come in: combining deep digital knowledge with genuine understanding of what drives direct bookings for UK hotels. You'll help hotels grow direct revenue using Profitroom's unique combination of booking technology, website platform, CRM and digital marketing services.

At Profitroom, we don't just execute tasks for others.

Why this role?

  • Real ownership, real impact: You won't be executing tasks for others. You'll own the entire digital relationship - from first commercial conversation to long-term account performance. When a hotel's direct revenue grows, that's on you.
  • A market ready to be won: Profitroom has best-in-class technology for driving direct bookings. The UK is a market we're building credibility in right now - which means you'll have the runway to make your mark, shape the offer, and create case studies others will follow.
  • Be the local expert: You'll be the UK's dedicated digital resource - embedded in the Sales and Customer Success teams, connected to our global Digital and Marketing functions, and visible in the industry. This is a career-defining role for someone who wants to be known in UK hospitality.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
