Leon Cycle is an e-bike business that was established in Germany in 2014 and has since developed business operations in over 10 countries across Europe, North America and APAC. Leon Cycle offers a range of e-bike models from mountain bikes, folding e-bikes, trekking e-bikes and step thru e-bikes. Our range of products are sold via both our own online website as well as E-Commerce platforms and via our dealers and our own retail stores worldwide.
About the Role
With strong growth and expansions in place, we are now seeking sales professionals to join us as Business Development Manager for UK. The role of our BD Manager will include but not limited to:

- Develop a network of bike dealers and franchise shops within his/her region for B2B sales achievements via business development activities (phone calls, dealer visits)
- Maintain, nurture and service existing and new dealers for matters involving both pre-sales and after-sales.
- Be responsible for full P&L of offline sales activities within their region and city
- Work closely with Australia Team for executing offline retail marketing campaigns, attending to tradeshows and cycle fairs within the region
- Communicate with Australia Team on operational matters from sales operations and sales forecasts

Requirements
The ideal candidate should exhibit:
- 8-12 years of relevant dealer network business development and B2B sales experience in sporting goods, consumer goods or bikes/e-bikes industry, first preference will be given to applicants with e-bikes and electric mobility industry experience
- Experience in cultivating and setting up a business sales network and retail operations
- Strong self-discipline to work independently with a sheer focus on sales results
- Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Experience in developing a dealer network
- Previous entrepreneurial experience highly regarded
