Reporting directly to the General Manager for UK & Europe, you will own enterprise new business across the UK and Europe for a nine month period of maternity cover. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role for a senior B2B SaaS closer. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running: a self-starter with the insight, grit and experience to pick up live enterprise opportunities, protect momentum on deals already in flight and win new logos in a market where Rosterfy is already established. You will be based in our London hub with a mandate to sell across the UK and into Europe.
You won’t be flying solo. You’ll be backed by a high-performing marketing team, an experienced regional General Manager, an evolved sales playbook and a global marketing engine generating a warm enterprise pipeline.
5 Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle end-to-end, from first conversation to closed-won, with a focus on high-value ARR opportunities at major charities, sporting bodies, public sector organisations and national and international events across the UK and Europe.
- Build and maintain strong pipeline coverage through disciplined outbound prospecting, executive networking, industry events and partner channels, working closely with our UK marketing team and SDR function to keep the funnel full.
- Run effective, value-led discovery and tailored demonstrations that map Rosterfy’s platform to the strategic priorities of senior buyers, articulating quantified ROI, building business cases and navigating procurement with confidence.
- Orchestrate complex, multi-threaded deals across IT, Procurement, Operations and C-suite stakeholders, pulling in Solutions, Customer Success, Legal and Leadership to drive deals over the line.
- Maintain world-class CRM hygiene, forecast accuracy and sales playbook adherence in HubSpot, giving leadership real visibility into deal progression, risk and revenue commit, and leave the territory in good order at the end of the contract.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
