Responsibilities:

  • Connect with overseas energy storage customers and related companies in the UK, build good relationships, identify needs, and explore high-value potential project opportunities;
  • Assist account PM for coordinating and preparing critical meetings, and coordinating the highlight issues at the customer side;
  • Enhance the coordination and service for multiple contact windows of customers, and strengthen management of the face-to-face communication with customers;
  • Coordinate internal resource, sales team, development team, together with account PMs, to figure out the qualification and customer engagement;
  • Coordinate onsite colleagues from other departments, like SC, AMD, to guarantee reasonable progress of commissioning and after-sales tasks of ESS projects, and resolve the problems across multiple departments;
  • Establish program team, and initiate the program, lead the team to deliver, and be responsible for the program management of schedule, quality, cost, and risk;
  • Manage the onsite PM team, with proper training to improve the capability of the team members.

Requirement:

  • Education: Bachelor degree or above;
  • Skills: good at communication, with good logic, capable on data analysis and report writing;
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience for PM; Overseas working experience is prior consideration; Be familiar with ESS project business mode and development, priority consideration will be given to 2 years above experience on electric power/utility, ESS, Li-ion battery;
  • Language: Proficient in English
  • Others: Proactive, pursue higher standard, and always keep the commitment.
