UK Experience Designer
📍 Hybrid | London / South East
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Experience Designer to join a growing luxury travel business as it expands its presence in the UK.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the next stage of the company's growth, helping to shape its UK product offering while designing exceptional, tailor-made journeys for discerning international travellers.
The role:
- Design bespoke luxury itineraries throughout the UK and Ireland
- Consult with travel advisors to understand client requirements and create highly personalised experiences
- Build strong relationships with hotels, guides, and suppliers
- Prepare costings, proposals, and detailed itineraries
- Manage enquiries from initial brief through to confirmation
- Work closely with the wider operations and product teams to ensure seamless client delivery
- Contribute new ideas, experiences, and products to continually enhance the portfolio
- Help influence the future direction of the business as it continues to grow

About you:
- Experience within luxury travel, tailor-made travel, DMC, concierge, or luxury hospitality
- Strong knowledge of the UK and Ireland
- Commercially minded with excellent relationship-building skills
- Creative, organised, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences
- A genuine interest in discovering unique hotels, experiences, and hidden gems
