UK Fragrance & Business Development Partner: London
Ethereal Charm | London, UK | Commission-Based / Flexible
Ethereal Charm is a British-made premium parfum brand seeking a trusted, commercially minded UK-based partner to help grow our presence in London while the founder is based in Sydney.
This is not a co-founder or equity position. We're looking for someone entrepreneurial who would like to work with an emerging fragrance brand on a flexible, commission-based basis and help develop genuine revenue opportunities in the UK.
What you'll help with
- Represent Ethereal Charm locally in London
- Identify and approach boutique hotels, premium retailers, gifting partners and other relevant stockists
- Build relationships and develop retail, wholesale and strategic partnerships
- Introduce samples and the brand to prospective commercial partners
- Help manage a small amount of UK fragrance stock and coordinate product preparation/fulfilment where required
- Provide local market insight and identify creative routes to grow the brand

Who we're looking for
Ideally, you have experience or knowledge within fragrance/perfumery, beauty, cosmetics, luxury retail or hospitality, combined with strong relationship-building and commercial instincts.
Some familiarity with the safe handling and preparation of alcohol-based fragrance products would be particularly valuable.

Commercial arrangement
This is currently a flexible, commission-based opportunity rather than a salaried position, with commission linked to partnerships and revenue generated.
As the UK business grows, there may be scope for the relationship to develop further.
