Growth Director
Our client, a data and marketing technology business, is looking for a Growth Director to drive adoption of its data, audience and technology solutions across a portfolio of media agencies.
This is a commercial-first role with a clear growth number. You will own the relationship with a defined set of agencies, building senior relationships, identifying priority accounts and making our proposition a core part of how those agencies plan and activate for their clients. Success comes from understanding what the end client needs. and showing how first-party data, audience strategy and data enrichment can deliver it.
The initial focus is on embedding within existing agencies, with involvement in new business pitches and, over time, scope to pursue new logo opportunities. The role is UK-focused, with some multi-market involvement across Europe.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
