Saturn is entering an exciting phase of growth, and we’re looking for an exceptional commercial leader to help drive our next chapter.
As UK Head of Sales, you’ll play a central role in shaping and delivering our UK commercial strategy—driving sustainable revenue growth, strengthening major customer relationships, unlocking new market opportunities, and developing a high-performing commercial team.
This is more than another sales leadership role. It’s an opportunity to influence business strategy, work directly with Saturn’s senior leadership, and help strengthen our position across fluid management, integrity management, power generation, energy, and commercial marine.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing Saturn’s UK sales strategy
- Driving revenue growth and securing new business
- Strengthening strategic accounts and long-term customer partnerships
- Identifying opportunities across new and existing markets
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing commercial team
- Working collaboratively with Operations, Finance, QHSE, and Project Delivery

We’re looking for someone with extensive experience in a senior commercial leadership role, ideally within engineering, technical services, or a related industrial sector.
You’ll bring a demonstrable record of delivering sustainable revenue growth, leading and developing teams, winning major opportunities, and building trusted relationships at executive level.
