Experienced UK Immigration Consultant
We are partnering with a multi-award-winning UK immigration law firm seeking an experienced UK Immigration Consultant to join its growing inbound immigration team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, client-focused environment offering flexible hybrid working.
You will provide expert UK immigration support to corporate clients and individual assignees, managing a varied caseload across a range of inbound immigration matters. The role will have a particular focus on Sponsor Licence and Skilled Worker applications.

- Provide UK immigration advice to corporate clients and individual assignees.
- Manage a varied caseload from initial consultation through to completion.
- Prepare and submit applications across routes including Sponsor Licence, Skilled Worker, Spouse, Visit, and British Citizenship.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external providers.
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure all applications meet current UK immigration requirements.
- Keep up to date with changes to UK immigration legislation and Home Office guidance.
- Assist colleagues with complex or time-sensitive cases where required.

Key Skills & Experience
- Previous experience handling UK immigration casework, particularly Sponsor Licence and Skilled Worker applications.
- Experience with Spouse, Visit, and British Citizenship applications.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
- Strong attention to detail and research capabilities.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
