Role Description
The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, field-based position responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and supporting existing accounts throughout the UK and Ireland.
This role serves as a key representative of the Bio-Therapeutic brand, building strong relationships with customers, conducting product demonstrations and training, hosting educational and promotional events, and ensuring consistent brand representation in the marketplace.

Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Managing and growing existing customer accounts.
- Conducting market research and monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to execute targeted growth initiatives and campaigns.
- Delivering product presentations, demonstrations, and educational training programs.
- Organizing and hosting customer events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Maintaining regular in-person account visits to strengthen partnerships and support business objectives.
- Managing a sales pipeline and tracking opportunities through CRM systems.
- Preparing activity, sales, and performance reports.
- Providing market feedback and customer insights to support product development and business strategy.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to foster long-term customer success and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Must reside in the United Kingdom.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in business development, territory management, sales, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience conducting market research and evaluating business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Proven success in lead generation, account development, and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Experience within the skincare, aesthetics, beauty, medical device, or related industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel extensively by car throughout the UK and Ireland and travel internationally as required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong business acumen and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
