Job Description
Could you use your tax expertise to shape business decisions, support growth and make a real impact across an international organisation?
As a UK & International Tax Senior Manager, you’ll work closely with the Head of Tax to deliver tax strategy, take care of key compliance relationships and provide practical advice across the business. You’ll have the opportunity to assist R&D, Patent Box planning, tax accounting and wider tax projects, while developing your in-house experience across finance, commercial and operational teams. If you enjoy making tax matters clear and turning technical knowledge into commercial solutions, this could be your next step.

What You Will Be Doing
- Work with the Head of Tax to deliver tax strategy and assist key business informed-choices
- Own key UK and European tax matters, including compliance relationships
- Provide clear, commercial tax advice to finance, commercial and operational teams
- Assist tax projects, acquisitions, divestments, audits and post-merger integration
- Assist with tax reporting for statutory financial statements and forecasting
- Assist R&D, Patent Box planning and wider tax team initiatives
- Act as a trusted tax business partner across the UK and European region

What We Are Looking For From You
Essential
- Qualified Accountant or Chartered Tax Advisor with 5+ years PQE
- Strong UK tax technical knowledge
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Commercial, risk-aware approach to tax matters
Desirable
- Tax accounting experience
- Experience supporting transactions or post-merger integrations
- Familiarity with PE-backed businesses
- Familiarity with R&D or Patent Box
You’ll also be comfortable managing competing priorities, working with multiple stakeholders and explaining complex tax matters in a clear, practical way. We’re looking for someone who takes accountability, stays curious and focuses on delivering solutions.
Right to work in the UK is required for this role.
