About the Role

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Associate to join our Investment Grade (IG) Credit Sales desk in London. This is a client-facing, revenue-generating role at the heart of our Credit franchise, offering direct exposure to institutional clients and the full Credit Chain — spanning Origination, Syndicate, Trading, and Research.

You will own a dedicated account base from day one, with the scope and quality of your coverage expanding as you demonstrate capability. The expectation is clear: move quickly from guided execution to autonomous operation.

What You'll Do

Client Coverage & Sales

  • Manage relationships with asset managers, insurance companies, pension funds, hedge funds, and banks, marketing primary and secondary IG credit opportunities
  • Execute secondary market transactions, progressing rapidly to independent execution
  • Deliver timely market colour, trade ideas, and research content to clients

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
