UK & Ireland Sales Manager

Purpose

To lead the growth and market development of NaughtOne across the UK & Ireland, driving revenue, market share and brand awareness through a high-performing sales organisation. The UK & Ireland Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing the regional commercial strategy, building strong relationships across the dealer, A&D and end-user communities, and leading a team that delivers exceptional customer engagement and commercial results.

Working closely with the VP Global Sales and key stakeholders across NaughtOne and MillerKnoll, the role will identify and capitalise on growth opportunities, strengthen strategic partnerships, and position NaughtOne as a market-leading brand within the commercial interiors sector.

Responsibilities / Key Deliverables

Commercial Leadership

  • Develop and execute the UK & Ireland commercial strategy to deliver revenue, margin and market share growth.
  • Drive the UK & Ireland growth plan, contributing approximately $15m revenue by FY30 as part of NaughtOne's global growth ambitions.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast business performance and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear objectives, monitor performance and support the ongoing development of team capability and succession strength.

Customer & Market Development

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with dealers, A&D practices, workplace consultants and key end-user customers.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while growing existing customer and partner relationships.
  • Collaborate with MillerKnoll sales teams to maximise project opportunities and strengthen market presence.

Brand & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a NaughtOne brand ambassador, increasing awareness, engagement and advocacy across the UK & Ireland market.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Enablement, Product and Client Experience teams to support customer growth, product launches and commercial success.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to help shape business priorities and remove barriers to growth.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Significant sales leadership experience within commercial interiors, furniture, workplace solutions, design-led products or a comparable B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth and market share expansion through dealer, A&D and end-user channels.
  • Demonstrated success leading, developing and motivating high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience translating market insights into actionable sales strategies and measurable business results.
  • Experience building and influencing senior-level relationships across customer, dealer and design communities.
  • Strong strategic planning, forecasting and pipeline management capabilities.
  • Ability to analyse complex commercial challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience working successfully within a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Strong financial and business literacy with the ability to interpret commercial performance data and inform decision making.
  • Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.

Dimension of the Role

Reporting to the VP Global Sales and based from the NaughtOne showroom in central London, the UK & Ireland Sales Manager is accountable for leading and developing the UK & Ireland sales organisation, comprising a team of four. The role is responsible for delivering commercial performance across the region through effective leadership, strategic account development, market expansion and cross-functional collaboration. Operating with significant autonomy, the role has a direct impact on revenue growth, market share and customer engagement.
