UK & Ireland Sourcing Manager – Data Centres | £65,000–£70,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

I’m recruiting for an exciting UK & Ireland Sourcing Manager opportunity within the rapidly growing Data Centre sector, working across high-profile and complex client environments.

You do not need previous Data Centre experience.

My client is very open to procurement professionals with transferable category experience, particularly across Hard FM, Engineering Services, Utilities, Energy, M&E, Technical Services, Construction, or Infrastructure.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their procurement experience into the Data Centre sector, one of the fastest-growing and most strategically important areas of the market.

You’ll report into the EMEA Data Centre Procurement Lead and take responsibility for sourcing strategy and commercial performance across the UK & Ireland portfolio.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
