Filthy Brands is looking for an experienced, organised and articulate full time Account Manager to join our independent team at our offices in Soho.
Filthy is a global partner for a curated list of niche fragrance brands.
We offer specialised support in the luxury fragrance - providing brands with resources and strategic insights needed to thrive in competitive markets.
Our team is a dedicated start up founded by Francesca Cherruault, and we rely on all our team members to work closely together to support the business every day.
We are looking for someone reliable and as passionate as we are about our company and our clients.

- You will have a minimum of five years experience as an account manager, within the fragrance and beauty sector.
- You will ideally have a passion for and knowledge of fragrance and beauty products and work closely with the team to plan, develop and agree plans for Key Accounts.
- You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with substantial retail accounts such as John Lewis, Boots, Sephora, Fenwick.
- You will have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage Filthy’s retail needs, serving as the primary point of contact with Key accounts, providing timely responses to all questions, concerns, and requests.
- In addition to maintaining knowledge of Filthy’s clients, you are able to maintain knowledge of competitors and understand the influence of these with our customers.
- You will have experience with Apple Mac and Excel, and the ability to process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems in order to support and improve high levels of client service.
- You have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends to drive business growth, and can prepare regular reports for the team.
- You are able to conduct regular meetings and business reviews with accounts to discuss sales performance, marketing initiatives, and new product launches.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required by the job.
