Hopeless Records/Fat Wreck Chords is looking for a UK-based coordinator to join our growing team! This role is part of the promotions department and is responsible for execution of UK sales, marketing and promotional plans for all artists on the Hopeless Records/Fat Wreck Chords roster. The position is full-time remote. Must be based in the UK - London-area preferred.
Role Description
- Run press and radio campaigns for select Hopeless/Fat artists and develop relationships with key press and radio outlets. This includes maintaining UK press list and drafting/sending out press releases and individual pitches.
- Manage on-the-ground logistics for Hopeless/Fat and artist sales and marketing/promotional events, including in-store performances/signings
- Handle UK-specific social media posting and coordinate UK UGC campaigns + influencer outreach
- Coordinate UK-specific street team / fan engagement activities
- Attend shows and events related to Hopeless/Fat artists and UK music scene
- Assist UK label manager as needed

Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience working in the music industry, preferably at a record label, distributor, or brand
- Working knowledge of Google Suite, OpenPlay, Photoshop or Canva required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure and strict deadlines
- Must have strong organizational skills with keen sense of attention to detail
- Music lover that is enthusiastic about helping bands achieve success
Compensation
- Competitive salary, incentive and benefits will be offered, commensurate with the role and the final hire’s experience. Depending on the knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, network and location of the final hire, the base salary is anticipated at an annual rate in the range of £25,000 - £30,000.
