Job Responsibilities
Special Management of Large Home Appliance Delivery
- Own end-to-end logistics and last-mile delivery of Xiaomi large home appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners) in the UK.
- Manage day-to-day warehousing, transportation, delivery and installation operations.
- Continuously improve local heavy-goods delivery capacity and end-user experience, and align local execution with European regional logistics strategies.
UK Logistics Operations Management
- Lead UK-based logistics operations focusing on large home appliances, covering customs clearance, warehousing, stock transfer, and last-mile delivery.
- Monitor operational performance and critical issues, identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and risks proactively, to maintain stable, efficient, and compliant logistics operations across the UK.
Logistics Resource Planning & Optimization
- Based on UK business forecast, PSI, and inventory status, plan local warehousing, transportation, and delivery capacity.
- Anticipate risks related to warehouse capacity, transport capacity, and fulfillment.
- Optimize logistics resource allocation to align with business growth and sales cadence.

Vendor & Cost Management
- Manage local UK logistics vendors together with KPI/SLA governance.
- Drive service standardization and continuous quality improvement.
- Conduct logistics cost analysis, identify cost-saving and efficiency-gain opportunities, and implement corresponding optimization initiatives.
Key Projects & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Lead or support key UK logistics projects, including new warehouse setup, logistics model optimization, logistics vendor tendering & procurement, and large-home-appliance-related initiatives.
- Partner with local UK GTM, sales, supply chain, procurement, and European regional teams to deliver projects and resolve major operational issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields is preferred.
- 3-5 years of working experience in logistics, supply chain, or delivery operations; experience in large home appliance / heavy-goods logistics is preferred.
- Solid understanding of UK local logistics workflows including customs clearance, warehousing, and last-mile delivery; hands-on experience in UK heavy-goods logistics operations is preferred.
- Strong capabilities in data analysis, logistics vendor management, cost management, and project execution.
- Excellent cross-department communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, comfortable working within cross-regional teams.
- English as working language; Mandarin-speaking capability is a plus.
