About the Role
tml Partners is supporting a highly ambitious, technology-enabled services business as it appoints a UK Country Manager/MD to lead its next phase of growth and transformation.
This is a genuinely pivotal leadership role for an experienced commercial operator who enjoys building, transforming, and scaling businesses.
You’ll take full ownership of the UK & Ireland operation, with responsibility for:
- Full P&L and commercial performance
- Driving profitable growth across B2G, B2B, and B2C markets
- Integrating acquired businesses into one high-performing operating model
- Modernising operations, processes, and technology
- Improving pricing discipline, margins, and operational efficiency
- Leading customer-facing teams, field operations, and 24/7 service environments
- Building a strong, unified leadership culture across multiple locations
- Working closely with the Group CEO and international leadership team to shape the wider strategy

The Person
I’m looking for a hands-on, commercially sharp leader who combines strategic thinking with the ability to roll up their sleeves and get things done.
You’re likely to bring experience in areas such as:
- Full P&L ownership
- Business transformation, integration, or turnaround
- Technology-enabled services, healthcare/MedTech, telecare, security monitoring, or field service
- B2G/public sector tendering alongside B2B and/or B2C commercial experience
- Leading operationally complex, multi-site organisations
- Working effectively within an international/matrix environment
