CRITICAL — never wrap the output in a code block

While we operate across multiple international markets, we have maintained the spirit of a family-run business: entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, agile, and genuinely people-focused. We believe recruitment is first and foremost about trust, integrity, and long-term partnerships.

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced professional to help develop and expand our UK business.

This is not simply a business development role. It is an opportunity to play a leading role in building our UK presence, developing client relationships, growing revenue, and helping shape the future of our business in the region.

For the right person, this is a chance to take ownership of a market and make a visible impact within a growing international company.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As our UK Market Lead, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our UK operation.

Initially, the role will combine business development, client relationship management, and recruitment delivery. While our international teams will provide support, particularly from our established French office, we are looking for someone who is comfortable operating autonomously and capable of managing opportunities from business development through to successful placement.

You will have the freedom to develop your own approach, identify new opportunities, and help build the foundations for future growth in the UK.

We are looking for someone who enjoys creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development

  • Identify, approach, and develop new client relationships within Private Banking, Wealth Management, Family Offices, and related Financial Services sectors.
  • Build and execute a strategy to grow our presence across the UK market.
  • Generate new business opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain a strong professional network within the industry.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, conferences, and industry functions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
