About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and commercially focused Marketing & Events Manager to take ownership of marketing and events activity across our UK business.

This is a hands-on role covering digital marketing, content, events, brand management, lead generation, and commercial support. The successful candidate will play an important role in growing our presence within the NHS and wider UK healthcare market.

You will work closely with the UK leadership and commercial teams to develop campaigns, strengthen our brand, manage our presence at industry events, and create opportunities to engage with NHS organisations and other potential customers.

The role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects and is comfortable moving between strategic planning and hands-on delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Develop and manage the UK marketing plan in line with commercial objectives.
  • Plan and deliver targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Develop campaigns targeting NHS Trusts, Health Boards, and other healthcare organisations.
  • Identify new audiences, organisations, and market opportunities.
  • Manage the marketing calendar and ensure campaigns are delivered to agreed deadlines.
  • Monitor campaign performance, engagement, leads, and return on investment.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Digital Marketing & Content

  • Manage the company's UK digital presence, including website and social media channels.
  • Take ownership of the company's UK LinkedIn presence and content calendar.
  • Create engaging content including social posts, articles, case studies, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Develop targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate website content and updates.
  • Monitor website, social media, and digital campaign performance.
  • Ensure external communications are accurate, professional, and consistent with company messaging.

Events & Conferences

  • Identify relevant UK healthcare, NHS, radiology, and technology conferences and exhibitions.
  • Develop and maintain an annual events calendar.
  • Manage participation in conferences and exhibitions from initial booking through to delivery.
  • Coordinate exhibition stands, sponsorships, suppliers, promotional materials, and event logistics.
  • Organise company-hosted events, webinars, workshops, and networking sessions.
  • Develop pre-event and post-event marketing campaigns.
  • Capture and manage leads generated through events.
  • Coordinate with the commercial team to ensure appropriate follow-up.
  • Monitor event performance and ROI to guide future investment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
