About The Role

We’re looking for a UK Marketing Campaigns Executive to be part of impactful, data-driven marketing campaigns that connect with clients and deliver measurable growth. The person in this role will be equipped with great communication skills, have exemplary creative responses to marketing objectives, and a keen sense of team building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively support the planning and delivery of UK Campaigns aligned to Intention 31 priority markets, services and client relationship objectives by providing close support to the UK Campaigns and Performance Marketing Manager
  • Create compelling content for leveraging across multiple channels (internal and external) and formats (including website articles, video, social media content etc)
  • Monitor campaign performance against agreed KPIs; produce accessible dashboards and reports; recommend practical changes to improve engagement, conversion and return on investment
  • Keep up to date with the latest social media and digital developments and ensure that the right content is sent via the relevant channels to increase engagement with key audiences identified in the wider Marketing Strategy
  • Work to ensure cross team collaboration with Global Marketing & Communications, UK PR Manager, and UK Events & Digital to ensure a joined-up approach across all digital channels that aligns with the Marketing Strategy
  • Build and maintain campaign records, UTM/tagging conventions, contact data and campaign workflows in HubSpot, ensuring data quality and GDPR-compliant practice
  • Maintain a searchable, well-governed ‘Content and Campaign’ library from assets e.g., video, blogs, that can be reworked and repackaged into ‘new’ output

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline or a L4 CIM qualification
  • Experience supporting or delivering multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, ideally in professional services, the built environment or another complex technical sector
  • Experience using a marketing automation platform, preferably HubSpot, for campaign tracking, segmentation and reporting and MS Office/Teams highly desirable.
  • Experience of video editing software/platforms
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics/social media analytics software, for reporting purposes
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and their audiences
  • Copywriting experience
  • Confident and decisive with the ability to manage multiple activities and various stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Solid organisation skill
  • Strong attention to detail with the desire and ability to deliver quality work to deadline
  • Works collaboratively with own team, and networks with business services and support teams and wider business
  • Proposes solutions to challenges and raises issues within team, as necessary, taking into consideration other teams/specialisms requirements within these solutions
  • Continue ongoing learning and Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
  • Ability to evidence the beginnings of an internal and external profile to participate in team projects and take on work outside day-today role
  • Can create a passion/enthusiasm for delivering excellent performance
