Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing the UK social media strategy and support product launches with posting schedules.
  • Maintain Xiaomi’s brand voice and personality across all UK social channels.
  • Handle daily social media posting, user comments, and community moderation to engage with fans.
  • Propose creative ideas for local social content, campaigns, and trend-driven posts.
  • Track monthly social spend and assist with budget updates.
  • Coordinate sample distribution to influencers, fans, and partners, and support copy revisions.
  • Help create visual/video content and collect daily, weekly, and monthly performance data.

  • Final-year student graduating soon or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related majors. Must already possess valid right to work in the UK.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin with excellent UK English creative writing and proofreading skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong familiarity with main social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube) and digital trends.
  • Proactive, highly organized go-getter with strong ownership of tasks.
  • Outgoing, approachable, and strong interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Experience in managing university societies, online communities, or fan groups is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop or image editing skills is a plus.
