The Team
The UK Marketing team is responsible for building awareness, consideration, and demand for both easyJet flights and easyJet holidays. Working closely with internal stakeholders, creative partners, and media agencies, the team delivers standout marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand and support ambitious commercial goals across the UK market.
The Role
As Marketing Lead UK Flights & Holidays, you'll lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of marketing activity across paid and owned channels for one of easyJet's most important markets.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll bring together flights and holidays marketing plans into a single, commercially focused strategy that supports growth, strengthens brand performance, and maximises return on investment. You'll work closely with agency partners and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns while identifying opportunities to respond quickly to market trends and customer demand.

You'll also play a key leadership role, supporting senior stakeholder engagement, and leading a team of marketing professionals to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning the UK paid and owned marketing strategy across flights and holidays.
- Leading the planning and delivery of multimillion-pound marketing investment aligned to commercial objectives.
- Building strong partnerships with trading teams to develop integrated and mutually reinforcing plans.
- Embedding a test-and-learn approach across channels, driving optimisation and evidence-based decision-making.
- Working closely with media investment teams to maximise marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
- Shaping and delivering the UK owned channel strategy, including CRM and cross-product growth initiatives.
- Leading creative strategy development and agency relationships to ensure impactful and consistent campaigns.
- Owning campaign briefing processes across quarterly and annual planning cycles.
- Managing relationships with a broad range of stakeholders across Marketing Services, CRM, Web Merchandising, Trading, and PR.
- Building partnerships with tourist boards, airports, and other external organisations to support business objectives.
- Ensuring all campaigns are delivered to the highest standards of brand consistency and advertising compliance.
- Leading and developing a team while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
What We're Looking For
- Significant senior marketing experience gained within consumer-facing brands, either client-side or agency-side.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to connect marketing activity to business and brand objectives.
- Excellent understanding of the end-to-end campaign process, from planning and briefing through to execution and measurement.
- Experience working across above-the-line and owned marketing channels.
- Proven ability to influence and deliver results within a complex matrix environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with agencies and leading creative development.
- Organised and detail-focused with excellent project management skills.
- Resilient and adaptable, able to perform in a fast-moving and evolving environment.
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and continuous improvement.

Practicalities
This is a full-time position. We support hybrid working and spend time together as a team in our Luton HQ offices.
