Design Swimwear Built for Movement, Confidence and Performance in the Water

At Speedo, product has to do more than look good. It has to move with the swimmer, feel comfortable in the water and support performance, confidence and freedom of movement, whether someone is training, competing, learning or simply enjoying the swim.

About the Role

As UK Marketing Manager for Speedo, you will lead the marketing function in one of our key EMEA markets. You’ll lead integrated marketing, experiential community activations, and wholesale partnerships, championing cross-functional collaboration to deliver best‑in‑class consumer experiences. You will support the brand’s presence and performance in the UK, by translating global strategy into locally resonant campaigns that drive consideration, engagement, and commercial success.

This role is pivotal in shaping Speedo’s market leadership and requires a strategic thinker, a strong collaborator, and a bold brand champion.

This role has a start date of the 1st February 2027.

What You’ll Be Doing

Strategy & Integrated Marketing

  • Support the Head of EMEA Marketing in developing and delivering “Glocal” strategies that align global direction with UK market needs, driving cultural relevance for Speedo and the broader swim category.
  • Lead the UK integrated marketing plan, adapting global strategies into impactful UK activations across retail, digital, PR, experiential and community channels. Define KPIs, measure performance, and provide strategic insights and optimisations to senior leadership.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Creative, Sports Marketing, Merchandising, E‑commerce and Global Brand teams to deliver cohesive, effective 360° campaigns.

Community, PR & Experiential

  • Lead UK experiential and community activations from concept through to execution in partnership with Social and Community teams and external PR agencies, delivering disruptive and culturally relevant brand moments. Analyse activations using KPIs such as EMV, share of search and engagement.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the UK media and creative landscape to inform partnerships, cultural opportunities and best‑in‑class experiences.
  • Manage PR agency relationships, shaping earned media strategy, reviewing talent/creator proposals, and ensuring UK relevance and KPI delivery.
  • Partner with Sports Marketing and Social and Community teams to create experiential, engaging activations that drive cultural relevance for our swim consumers, inclusive of our partnership with AGB Federation and team Speedo athletes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
