Permanent | Part-time | £38,000–£42,000 FTE (pro rata for part-time hours)

Justice & Care is looking for a UK Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (M.E.A.L.) Senior Co-ordinator to help strengthen the evidence, learning and impact behind our work to combat modern slavery.

Justice & Care is an award-winning anti-slavery charity working with governments and police forces across two strategic locations the UK and Bangladesh. Through frontline programmes, policy advocacy and strategic partnerships, we work on the frontline to support survivors of modern slavery and bring perpetrators to justice and in the corridors of power to create change at scale.

As part of our M.E.A.L. team, you will play a key role in supporting our UK programmes by coordinating monitoring, reporting and learning activities, strengthening data quality and helping colleagues use evidence to improve outcomes for survivors.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Analytical and able to turn complex information into meaningful insights.
  • A strong communicator and relationship-builder who enjoys working collaboratively.
  • Experienced in monitoring, evaluation, learning, impact measurement or programme performance.
  • Proactive, adaptable and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Passionate about using evidence to strengthen services and support survivors of modern slavery.
