Sales Engineer, MSP Partner Channel
Company Overview
iboss is a cloud security company processing over 150 billion transactions daily and blocking 4 billion threats per day. The company serves more than 4,000 global enterprises, including many Fortune 50 companies, delivering security capabilities including SWG, malware defense, CASB, and data loss prevention through a cloud-native architecture. iboss also runs an MSP partner program, enabling managed service providers to package iboss's platform into their own branded managed security offering under wholesale, pooled licensing.
Role Summary
iboss is building its EMEA managed security partner channel — working with MSPs and MSSPs who resell the iboss platform under their own brand. This role is the first dedicated technical resource for that channel: a Sales Engineer whose primary audience is partner technical teams, not end customers directly. You'll help partners design, demonstrate, and support iboss within their own managed service, and act as the technical face of the MSP program alongside the EMEA Senior MSSP Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical pre-sales expertise for MSP/MSSP partners, working alongside the EMEA Senior MSSP Sales Manager and named partner account teams.
- Design and demonstrate multi-tenant, wholesale-licensed network architectures suited to a partner's own client base — not single-tenant enterprise deployments.
- Run proof-of-concepts and technical validations configured for a partner's environment, including onboarding and provisioning walkthroughs.
- Train and enable partner technical, NOC, and SOC staff on the iboss platform and multi-tenant console, so partners can support their own end customers directly.
- Support partners' technical integration questions — RMM/PSA tooling, SIEM, ticketing systems, and existing network stack.
- Build partner-facing enablement materials: technical FAQs, architecture reference diagrams, onboarding guides, and training/certification content, distinct from end-customer collateral.
- Represent iboss technically at partner-facing events, trade shows, and partner training sessions.
- Create and maintain internal and external technical documentation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
