Role Overview

You will join us on our fantastic journey from our office and Boltight production plant, located in Walsall. This position reports to the Head of Sales Europe and is a part of a broader Sales team with peers at other offices across Europe, with the ambition to support, challenge and develop each other on a daily basis.

The Role as UK & Nordics Sales Manager - Tensioning

As our UK & Nordics Sales Manager your mission will be to:

Shape the future of the Tensioning business across these dynamic markets. Combining strategic leadership with a hands-on approach, you'll coach and elevate a talented sales team while actively developing key customer relationships, unlocking new opportunities, and driving profitable growth.

Your Profile

You have a deep knowledge of Sales Management. You have excellent understanding of business development dynamics and a strong experience on engineered solutions supplier side with established business network relationships throughout the industry.

As a person you are a team player, with solid communication and interpersonal skills.

You are also data driven and result oriented. In your way of working, you are proactive.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years’ experience from a similar operational sales and marketing manager role, in an international organization.
  • Proven track record in managing Sales Teams, in monitoring sales activities, and performance throughout multi – geographical scope.
  • Proven Strategic Accounts Management track record. Channel set-up and management.
  • Experience working with premium brands and high valued USPs.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English language.
  • Literate with full Microsoft pack and reporting tools.
  • Travel is to be expected throughout Europe.
