Role Overview
This role blends hands‑on merchandising, brand activation, and event execution across the UK’s mountain bike and off‑road motorcycle markets. You will be responsible for elevating Alpinestars’ in‑store presence, delivering product training, and representing the brand at key MTB and off‑road moto events. It’s a field‑driven position suited to someone who lives and breathes off‑road culture and thrives on being out with retailers, riders, and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities
- Retail Merchandising — Implement premium merchandising solutions across MTB and off‑road motorcycle retailers, ensuring Alpinestars products are displayed with maximum impact and brand consistency.
- Product Training — Deliver engaging, technical product training to retail staff, covering protection technologies, fit, features, and selling points.
- Event Activation — Plan, set up, and run Alpinestars activations at MTB races, enduro events, motocross meets, demo days, and festivals.
- Brand Representation — Act as the face of Alpinestars at consumer events, supporting riders, engaging with communities, and showcasing new product lines.
- Retailer Support — Build strong relationships with store teams, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to sell Alpinestars effectively.
- Market Visibility — Monitor competitor merchandising, event presence, and product trends across MTB and off‑road moto sectors.
- Logistics & Coordination — Manage event equipment, demo gear, POS materials, and merchandising assets.
- Reporting — Provide structured updates on store visits, merchandising improvements, event outcomes, and rider engagement.

Skills & Experience
- Off‑Road Product Knowledge — Strong understanding of MTB and/or off‑road motorcycle gear, protection, and apparel.
- Visual Merchandising — Experience creating impactful retail displays and maintaining brand standards.
- Event Execution — Proven ability to run consumer‑facing activations, ideally in sports or outdoor industries.
- Communication — Confident presenter with the ability to train, motivate, and inspire retail staff and riders.
- Field Autonomy — Comfortable managing your own schedule, travel, and priorities across a wide territory.
- Brand Advocacy — Natural ability to embody and communicate Alpinestars’ values and technical credibility.

- Passionate about mountain biking and/or off‑road motorcycling — you ride, you follow the scene, and you understand the culture.
- Energetic, proactive, and comfortable being the “go‑to” person at events and in stores.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail in both merchandising and event setup.
- Approachable, confident, and able to build rapport quickly with retailers and riders.
