UK Office Manager

GA Drilling is developing next generation drilling technologies to unlock geothermal energy anywhere on Earth. Our mission is to make geothermal a globally scalable, baseload source of clean power by enabling access to hard, hot rock at depths and temperatures that conventional drilling cannot reach economically.

Our UK Product Center in Gloucester is home to a team of 11 engineers developing advanced downhole drilling tools, working closely with our New Product Development team in Houston. As the site grows, we need a reliable point of contact to keep the office and facility running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

We are seeking an Office Manager to support our UK Product Center. This is a part-time, hands-on role reporting to the UK Product Center Manager, covering office administration, facility management, and health & safety support, on a site. You will be the main point of contact for day-to-day site needs.

The opportunity for you

As Office Manager, you will be the person who keeps our Gloucester site running day to day, from facilities and health & safety to office administration and coordination with our colleagues in Slovakia. It is a varied, hands-on role on a small but fast-growing site, where your organisation and initiative directly support the engineers developing next generation drilling technology.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
