Introduction
The Operations Director, UK will have the duty of bringing Operations production best-practices to the UK offices. In addition to creating and documenting processes, this professional will have to ensure they are successfully applied across all UK Studios.
With Prose on Pixels aim to become an Audience Driven Production company, this professional’s main objective will be to ensure: End-to-end Production delivery excellence and effectiveness; Data Strategy & Tool implementation; Media and Audience partners integration; Creative Automation delivery excellence; Tracking, Reporting & Optimisation tool implementation; Adobe stack usage and enhancement.
As Prose on Pixels Audience First ops model grows, this person must master the methodology and ensure UK offices are fully aligned with it. For that, they will have to ensure full integration with Creative and Media entities and help us lead Production thinking across UK Village. As well as setting up processes and integrations, this person needs to show an empathetic and positive leadership, being a natural role model and leader for the UK multidisciplinary production teams. As well as their UK role, they will also represent the UK as a senior point of contact, working with our Prose on Pixels Global collective, to drive the UK’s position within our global offering.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, document and apply processes that will allow Prose on Pixels deliveries across all areas of production. Those processes should be fully aligned with the Audience-Driven model.
- Use Creative Automation tools and data driven production processes to improve client efficiencies. Report efficiencies to executive team, work with Account leadership to map improvement and innovation opportunities and maintains relationship with key Automation partners.
- Manage the overall view of our broader global resources – and how the UK connects into them. Work with resource managers in different global locations to find the best resource solutions for our teams.
- Constantly reviewing and optimising process workflows and ensures standards (client SLAs) are met and no shortcuts are taken.
- Drive a performance driven culture which provides data and information for key client and operational KPIs, as agreed.
- Creates, implements and manages tracking, reporting & optimisation tools and routines across UK offices. Report efficiency rates and other KPIs monthly and quarterly.
- Work with finances and commercial teams to ensure profitability and suitable commercial models for UK deliveries, considering new technologies and ways-of-working (i.e: generative AI).
Adobe
Experience of the Adobe martech stack would be preferable.
Will drive UK’s full adoption of the wider Adobe tech stack, adjusting/optimising processes and workflows accordingly.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in a location leadership role within operations, production, creative agency, or related field.
- Extensive experience in designing, implementing, managing and optimising processes in a creative environment.
- Demonstrated experience in working with creative automation tools and desired track record with Adobe or any other CSC platform.
- Previous exposure to global operating with Audience-Driven strategies at Media, Data, Consultancy and modern creative production companies.
- Previous experience with any sort of automation platforms, with desirable experience on its implementation.
- Proven track record of P&L, or in-depth budgetary ownership, with high knowledge of production commercials.
- Experience in handling data and analysis to derive performance metrics and KPIs.
- Very strong leadership and multidisciplinary team management skills.
- Knowledge of onshore, nearshore and offshore basic operating models.
- Experience and knowledge of Digital Assets Production – including development.
- Understanding of global operational dynamics and ability to serve as a senior point of contact for internal and external C-Level and Senior stakeholders.
- High knowledge and network within UK market, with proven track record to successfully navigate in a diverse environment.

- Extensive experience in a leadership with direct team report.
- Strong verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage various internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive, can-do, attitude.
- Knowledge of how production works, end to end.
- Data, Media and Audience previous exposure.
- Ability to guide and mentor teams to maximise capability and capacity.
- Strong cross-cultural experience to be able to work across geographies and cultures.
