A unique and high-quality hospitality group is seeking a UK Operations Director to lead and elevate their food and beverage offerings across the estate. In this role, you’ll oversee all UK operations, focusing on SOP, order of service, quality, standards, GP, and margins. You'll also play a key role in launching new sites across the country, helping to grow the group’s image and reputation. Beyond culinary leadership, you'll contribute to the overall business strategy, including financial planning, marketing, acquisitions, and more, while maintaining a strong, hands-on approach.
The successful candidate
- Experience working in a YUK branded hospitality group
- A strong understanding of FOH operations, forecasting, and budgets
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience, management experience in F&B role is needed
- Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
- Strong negotiating skills
- Demonstrate a strong commercial and financial acumen
