Turn untouched territory into long-term revenue
Are you a genuine new-business hunter who enjoys opening doors, creating demand and winning business from cold? A leading global intelligence, data and information-services business is looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Executive to grow its presence across the private-markets industry.
This is a pure new-business role. You will take ownership of a defined portfolio of previously untapped accounts, build your own pipeline and manage opportunities from the first conversation through to close. There are no inbound leads to rely on. Your success will come from your ability to identify the right prospects, create commercially relevant conversations and convert white-space accounts into valuable new clients.
The company
This international business provides market intelligence, proprietary data, specialist insight and professional networks to organisations operating across private equity, infrastructure, real estate, private credit and other areas of the global investment market. Its platforms help investment professionals, advisers and service providers make better-informed decisions, identify opportunities and connect with the people shaping the future of private markets.
You will be joining a collaborative, high-performing organisation that invests in its people, encourages career development and provides the opportunity to build a long-term commercial career within a growing global market.
What you will be responsible for
Building your territory
You will take complete ownership of a defined white-space territory containing organisations that do not currently have an established relationship with the business. You will:
- Research and prioritise high-potential target accounts
- Identify key decision-makers, influencers and internal champions
- Understand each organisation's structure, commercial priorities and potential buying triggers
- Continuously develop and refresh your account portfolio as opportunities progress
Creating your own pipeline
You will generate 100% of your sales pipeline through proactive, targeted outbound activity across phone, email, LinkedIn and industry events. You will:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
