🌟 We're looking for a UK Outreach Coordinator to join the RTWV Academy volunteer team! RTWV Academy Ltd is a faith-grounded relationship education organisation with 200,000+ community members across the UK and Nigeria.

We're launching our 'Catch Them Young' outreach programme — taking relationship, identity, and wellbeing sessions into secondary schools and universities across the UK. 📌

Role: UK Outreach Coordinator

📍 Location: UK-based (Leeds preferred) | Remote-flexible ⏱ Commitment: 6–8 hours per week 💼 Status: Volunteer (unpaid) | Expenses reimbursed

You'll work directly with our Founder (Coach Vikkie) to coordinate school contacts, manage our volunteer facilitators, and help us build something that genuinely changes young people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the UK School and University Contact Database (Google Sheets)
  • Send outreach emails to schools and CU presidents using RTWV-approved templates
  • Schedule and coordinate all UK session logistics (venue, time, facilitator assignment)
  • Onboard new UK volunteers using the RTWV onboarding checklist
  • Submit a weekly update to Coach Vikkie via WhatsApp or email
  • Chair the monthly UK Zoom team briefing
  • Maintain the RTWV UK Impact Tracker and compile monthly impact summaries
  • Ensure all UK volunteers hold valid Enhanced DBS Certificates before any school-facing activity
  • Flag any safeguarding concerns immediately to Coach Vikkie
  • Represent RTWV Academy Ltd professionally at all times

Requirements

  • UK-based and eligible to volunteer (no restrictions)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient with Google Drive, Google Sheets, Gmail, and WhatsApp
  • Genuine passion for RTWV's mission and Christian values
  • Enhanced DBS Certificate (required before starting — can be applied for on appointment)
  • Minimum 1 year of coordination, admin, or leadership experience (paid or voluntary)
