Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Legal Counsel in drafting and reviewing various legal documents related to technology and media services, supplier contracts, and will contribute to the configuration and management of our Contract Management Platform (CMP) solution. The ideal candidate will be a LLM or LLB graduate with a strong background in legal document drafting, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Client Document Drafting
- Assist Legal Counsel in the drafting and review of contracts, agreements, and legal documents pertaining to the provision of technology and media services.
- Ensure that all client documents comply with legal standards and company policies.

Supplier Document Review and Drafting
- Collaborate with Legal Counsel in the review of third-party contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with Legal Counsel in the drafting of contracts, agreements, and legal documents with the company’s suppliers.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to address queries and facilitate the negotiation process.
Supporting the Legal Team
- Work closely with In-house counsels to provide support to cross-functional teams, including Sales, Delivery, and Operations.
- Facilitate communication between legal and other departments to ensure legal objectives align with business goals.
- Assist in legal research and analysis as required.
CMP (Ironclad) Configuration and Management
- Support the configuration and management of our Contract Management Platform (CMP) solution Ironclad.
- Ensure the CMP system is optimized to streamline contract workflows and compliance processes.
- Train and provide ongoing support to users on the effective utilization of the CMP system.

Qualifications
- Law graduate LLB, LLM or equivalent (ideally currently pursuing the SQE/LPC)
- Experience with Contract Management Platforms, particularly Ironclad, is a plus.
- Proven experience in legal document drafting preferred although no experience can be considered subject to strong academic background and commercial awareness.
- Interest in technology and media services contracts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience with Company Secretarial (CoSec) work is a plus.
