AudioCodes UK Partner Manager

AudioCodes is looking for a UK Partner Manager to grow and strengthen our partner ecosystem across the United Kingdom. In this role, you will build trusted, long-term relationships with strategic partners such as Tata and other system integrators, service providers, resellers, and technology partners. You will be responsible for enabling partners to position, sell, and deliver the full AudioCodes portfolio, including voice, cloud communications, contact center, AI-powered customer experience, and managed services solutions.

Your mission

As our UK Partner Manager, your mission is to develop high-impact partner relationships that drive growth across the full AudioCodes portfolio in the UK market. You will act as the strategic point of contact for selected partners, helping them identify customer opportunities, build joint go-to-market plans, and position AudioCodes solutions as a core part of their communications, cloud, and AI transformation offering.

You will work closely with UK sales leadership, solution engineering, marketing, customer success, and product teams to create partner-led pipeline, accelerate deal execution, and ensure partners are equipped to deliver measurable value to customers. This is a hands-on partner development role for someone who knows how to build trust, create momentum, and turn relationships into scalable revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Build, nurture, and expand strategic partner relationships across the UK, including system integrators, service providers, resellers, and technology partners.
  • Develop joint business plans with key partners to drive pipeline, revenue growth, and adoption of the full AudioCodes portfolio.
  • Act as the primary commercial relationship owner for selected UK partners, creating trust-based engagement from sales teams through senior stakeholders.
  • Enable partners to position AudioCodes solutions across UCaaS, CCaaS, voice connectivity, SBCs, devices, managed services, Voice AI, and AI-powered customer experience.
  • Identify partner-led opportunities and collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to progress deals from qualification to closure.
  • Support partner enablement through training, solution positioning, account mapping, sales plays, and joint customer engagement.
  • Represent AudioCodes professionally in partner meetings, executive briefings, customer engagements, marketing activities, and industry events.
  • Maintain strong pipeline visibility, partner activity tracking, forecasting discipline, and regular business reviews with partners and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, alliances, or enterprise technology sales within the UK market - must
  • Proven experience building and managing relationships with system integrators, service providers, resellers, or strategic technology partners - must
  • Strong understanding of the UK enterprise communications, cloud, UCaaS, CCaaS, voice, or collaboration market - must
  • Experience selling or partnering around enterprise-grade platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Zoom Phone, 8x8, RingCentral, contact center, SBC, managed voice, or AI-powered customer experience solutions - Must
  • Ability to create joint business plans, build partner-led pipeline, and convert partner relationships into measurable revenue growth - must
  • Experience working with major enterprise technology and cloud communications ecosystems such as Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Zoom, 8x8, RingCentral, Avaya, Genesys, NICE, or similar large-scale UCaaS, CCaaS, voice, and collaboration platforms - must
  • Strong consultative selling, stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - must
  • Ability to engage confidently with partner sales teams, technical teams, executives, and customer decision-makers - must
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent forecasting, pipeline management, CRM discipline, and business review skills - must
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills - must
  • Based in the United Kingdom and willing to travel across the UK as required, ideally within a 2-3-hour commute from London
  • Existing relationships with UK system integrators, service providers, resellers, or strategic partners - nice to have
