Paramount Skydance is a global media and entertainment company behind CBS, Showtime, Paramount Pictures, Nickelodeon, MTV, Comedy Central, BET, Paramount+, and Pluto TV. We produce and distribute some of the biggest TV and film titles in the world.

We're looking for a Production Coordinator to support the SVP of Television Production, UK, and the wider international TV team. You'll be the connection between the studio and the shows across our production slate — managing documents, onboarding show production offices, and keeping projects moving from development through delivery.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting logistics, including booking rooms and preparing agendas
  • Act as liaison with the travel agent to arrange travel
  • Build and maintain databases and shared drive documentation across multiple projects
  • Prepare spreadsheets and reports containing confidential information
  • Review budgets and pull financial information as needed
  • Manage expense reports and coordinate approvals
  • Set up and wrap writers' rooms
  • Be the go-to contact for show start paperwork and script delivery tracking
  • Manage international projects on the Scenechronize HUB
  • Confirm production deliverables and flag issues from production reports to executives
  • Act as the team's point of contact for production office coordinators
  • Spot ways to make the team more organised and efficient

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
