The Role
We’re looking for a Programmatic Manager to lead the strategy, performance, and client relationships across a portfolio of programmatic and display accounts. You’ll bring deep expertise across programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, etc.), combined with strong strategic thinking to deliver measurable growth for clients, while also managing and developing junior team members.
You’ll work across a diverse range of clients - from fast-growing challenger brands to established enterprise businesses - building tailored programmatic strategies, driving innovation in audience targeting and automation, and ensuring campaigns consistently deliver against performance goals.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning programmatic strategy end-to-end, driving account growth, and using data-led insights, testing frameworks, and automation to scale performance.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership
- Build strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and lead client communications
- Clearly articulate programmatic performance, insights, and strategic recommendations in a confident and engaging way
- Provide proactive updates on campaign performance, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives, audiences, competitors, and commercial priorities
- Act as the key escalation point for programmatic performance and strategy within accounts
Programmatic Strategy & Campaign Management
- Own the strategy, setup, and optimisation of programmatic campaigns across platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, and other DSPs
- Ensure campaigns are built and managed to best practice standards (audience segmentation, bidding strategies, trafficking, tracking, and creative setup)
- Develop structured testing roadmaps to continuously improve targeting, efficiency, and performance outcomes
- Analyse campaign performance data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure campaigns meet or exceed client KPIs (CPA, ROAS, reach, engagement, etc.)
- Stay ahead of platform updates, automation developments, and wider programmatic and digital media trends
- Ensure QA processes are followed across all programmatic activity

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
