Following rapid expansion in all markets, and major new contract wins, Reset Health are looking to expand the technical team across multiple geographies with the goal of enhancing the product for all markets.

This role will be a key member of our QA team, central to delivering high quality software under our ISO13485 QMS. You’ll play an important part in helping us transition to greater use of automation and AI in QA.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, write, and execute manual and automated test cases for our web and native smartphone applications, across all our markets.
  • Apply AI tools responsibly to deliver productivity benefits while maintaining full oversight.
  • Build and maintain automated test suites, integrating them into our CI/CD pipeline so regressions are caught before release.
  • Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and API testing, and clearly document and track defects through to resolution.
  • Work to strong technical standards and best practice software quality assurance: test planning, peer review of test cases, traceability between requirements and tests.
  • Fully engage with our agile development process: sprint planning, refinement, sub-tasking, story point estimates all managed in Jira.
  • Collaborate closely with our global development team, and with product and design, to raise quality issues early in the development lifecycle.
  • Assist our operations team with technical questions and reproducing customer issues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
