We are now expanding our presence in the United Kingdom and are looking to collaborate with experienced professionals who can help us develop relationships with UK businesses and introduce new recruitment and workforce opportunities.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Business Development & Recruitment Partner who understands the UK market and is confident in connecting with business owners, HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers.

This is not a traditional internal HR role.

Your primary focus will be to identify potential employers, understand their hiring requirements, introduce Digically’s workforce solutions, and create new business opportunities.

What You Will Do

  • Identify UK businesses with current or upcoming hiring requirements
  • Connect with Founders, Directors, HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and Business Owners
  • Generate qualified business leads and employer introductions
  • Understand basic hiring and workforce requirements
  • Introduce Digically’s remote staffing and recruitment solutions
  • Arrange meetings between potential clients and the Digically team
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with employers
  • Identify opportunities for repeat hiring and account growth
  • Represent Digically professionally within your existing network
  • Support our expansion across the UK market
