Your mission
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) business in the UK market. You will operate at the intersection of sales strategy, customer engagement, and advanced automation technologies, helping customers improve operational efficiency through innovative AMR solutions.
You will take ownership of the regional market, develop key customer relationships, and contribute to how our AMR portfolio is positioned in a competitive and rapidly evolving landscape. This role is well-suited for someone with a strong background in intralogistics or AMR sales and a passion for delivering tangible business value to customers.
Responsibilities
- Based in UK (frequent travel across EU required)
- Develop and execute mid- to long-term sales strategies for AMR solutions in the UK region, driving sustainable revenue growth.
- Identify, develop, and manage key accounts, system integrators, and partners within the intralogistics and automation ecosystem.
- Drive business development activities by promoting AMR solutions and demonstrating clear customer value propositions.
- Build and implement structured account plans, including regular customer engagement, solution alignment, and joint business development initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating internal technical, product, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Manage sales pipeline and activities using CRM tools, monitor performance metrics, and continuously optimize sales execution.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in AMR and warehouse automation.
- Support and collaborate with regional sales teams to foster a high-performance and customer-oriented sales environment (if applicable).

Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or above; preferably in Automation, Robotics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in AMR, mobile robotics, or intralogistics automation.
- Proven track record in selling AMR solutions or working with AGV/AMR vendors, warehouse automation providers, or system integrators.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations, intralogistics processes, and automation technologies.
- Established network within the UK industrial, logistics, or automation sectors is highly preferred.
- Strong business acumen, ownership mindset, and results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (both required).
