🌿✨ Your Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Deliver a positive customer experience
- Welcome customers and build a natural, trust-based relationship
- Understand their needs and provide clear, tailored advice
- Share your knowledge of our products in a simple and accessible way
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Support store operations
- Keep the shop floor clean, organised and aligned with brand standards
- Support stock management and replenishment
- Help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store
- Work as part of a team
- Work closely with colleagues and contribute to a positive environment
- Share feedback and learn from others
- Take part in training and continue developing your knowledge

- An interest in natural beauty, wellbeing or customer care
- Experience in retail or customer-facing roles
- Clear communication skills and confidence in supporting customers
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Attention to detail and reliability
Experience in beauty or skincare is a plus, but not essential.
