We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Sales Representative to help accelerate our growth across the UK. This is a hands-on new business role focused on building a strong pipeline of opportunities across NHS organisations, insurers, employers, and employee benefits providers. You will identify new prospects, engage decision-makers, and create qualified opportunities for the wider Commercial team. You will work closely with the Commercial team to understand customer needs, open new conversations, and position Livi’s proposition effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research target organisations and decision-makers.
  • Generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, email, telephone, and networking.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across NHS, insurance, HR, and employee benefits.
  • Qualify leads and create high-quality sales opportunities.
  • Arrange and support introductory meetings and sales conversations.
  • Understand customer needs and clearly articulate Livi’s value proposition.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in HubSpot and work towards agreed sales KPIs.
  • Support proposals, presentations, and commercial materials.
  • Attend customer meetings, conferences, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively across the business to progress opportunities.
  • Stay informed on UK healthcare and wider market developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Share customer and market insight with the wider Commercial team.

Essential Experience

  • Proven B2B sales or business development experience, with a track record of generating new business and meeting sales targets.
  • Confident, engaging communicator who can build relationships at different levels.
  • Proactive and comfortable with outbound sales and opening new conversations.
  • Naturally curious, customer-focused, and able to understand and position solutions effectively.
  • Resilient, tenacious, and motivated by winning new business.
  • Highly organised, with strong pipeline management and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable travelling to customer meetings, conferences, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Genuinely interested in healthcare and the opportunity to make a difference.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience selling into the NHS and an understanding of the NHS landscape.
  • Existing healthcare relationships or networks.
  • Experience using CRM.
