UK Sales Executive – Luxury Aviation

Location: London
Type: Permanent Role

The Opportunity

Morgan Philips is delighted to be representing a leading European private luxury aviation business with an established presence in the UK and an international client base. The business operates a unique ownership model, enabling individuals and business leaders to access private aircraft without the complexity of full aircraft ownership. With a substantial European fleet and an international team, the business combines the exclusivity of private aviation with a highly professional, service-led commercial operation.

The UK team is now looking to appoint a Sales Executive to develop relationships with prospective clients and introduce them to the company's proposition.

The Person

The successful candidate will be naturally commercial, highly personable, and will genuinely enjoy selling. They will be confident in their own ability, comfortable initiating conversations, and capable of building relationships with senior and successful individuals.

They will be well-presented without being overly corporate or formal, with the confidence to meet CEOs, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals and engage with them naturally.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
