THE CHALLENGE

INOGENI is seeking a results-driven UK Sales Manager to build brand awareness and grow sales and market share in the UK, with occasional European responsibilities. You will work closely with distributors, dealers, consultants, end customers, and partner vendors.

In this remote-based role, you will report to the CRO and will:

  • Conduct product and sales trainings for distributors, integrators and consultants and end users.
  • Manage distribution partnerships, monitoring stock, orders, and sales/marketing opportunities by working with their sales teams.
  • Drive new business development by opening new channels, distribution and end customer partnerships.
  • Actively manage a project pipeline.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including travel to customer locations.
  • Be on the lookout for new product ideas and concepts well suited to augment INOGENI’s product line.
  • Work with the INOGENI team to complete value-add initiatives as they arise, including involvement in product and marketing projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years experience in sales and business development in the audio-visual market.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Successful track record in B2B sales.
  • Excellent presentation skills, ability to motivate large or small groups.
  • AVIXA CTS certification strongly recommended, with knowledge of AV integration and system design.
  • Unified Collaboration knowledge, including technologies and protocols such as USB, IT/networking, TCP/UDP/IP, and AV & IT signals.
  • Ability to write/articulate technical concepts clearly and accurately.
  • Excellent communicator capable of building relationships and communicating effectively with all levels in an organization.
  • Energetic personality, enjoy working in a growing team and dynamic environment.
  • Fluent English. A second European language (German, French or Spanish) would be an advantage.
  • BA/BS in marketing, business management, software engineering, computer science, or related field preferred.
  • Microsoft Office skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Ability to travel regularly.
